All payments to Cheap Frills are made safely and securely via PayPal.
We will ship your jewels out within 2-3 days, sometimes sooner!
All UK orders are posted out First Class.
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail. Please select your country at the checkout.
Please allow 1-5 weeks for orders Overseas.
Please note that once your order is posted out, the parcels are out of our hands and responsibility. We obtain proof of postage on every item that we send.
Please be sure that your delivery address on your PayPal account is up to date as we are not responsible for goods that are shipped to incorrect/old addresses.
Item exchange or refund.
We want you to be really happy with your purchases. However, If you are not please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily resolve the issue with you.
To exchange or refund an item:
The item must be unworn & returned in its original condition.
It must be in it's original packaging it came in.
If a 'free gift' was supplied with your order this must be returned also.
Please Contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund or
exchange. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to process.
Please note: When returning an item/items, the item/items are your responsibility until they reach us. It is essential that you obtain proof of postage or use a service that provides a tracking number as a refund will not be issued if we do not receive the item due to it being lost in the post with no proof of postage.
